It was a great location just next door to a very attractive restaurant, the center and Peterhead being a non-touristy.

The palace hotel was gr8. Our executive double room was super spacious n clean. The breakfasts were amazin with a lot of choices, and the staff were all lovely n friendly, always there to help.
the decor felt a bit dark n tired in some areas, n the heating in the room could've been better coz i felt a little chilly at night.

Had fairly quiet and huge room with a double bed, decent facilities, for example for a fantastic stay. The breakfast had variety of different food and drinks. Everything was perfect, even so a few employees were rather noisy.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like!

the dining staff were very polite and quick to serve and help us as were the reception staff too - the bar staff were very polite and smiley but they had their work cut out as they were too busy at times and some people had to wait quite some time for service!
upon returning to the hotel the second evening i had to almost fight my way throught the crowd which had gathered just outside the bar - a little intimidating - this also seemed to create alot of noisy ppl returning to there rooms a little later on - wakening me up twice so i didnt care for that during my stay.

The friendly staff made us feel especially welcomed, and the evening's live music in the bar created a vibrant atmosphere that enhanced our stay.

superb breakfast, clean and comfortable. ideal location for shops and surrounding area. Helpful staff. We have stayed there before and will do so again
Nothing really. If I was to be extra critical I would have to say 1) disco till 1am although it was not too bad in our room, I think it would depend on where in the building ones room was situated especially if you went to bed early. 2) crowds of young people standing in the main doorway smoking. 3) Unlike the inside of the Palace Hotel, the outside of the buiding looks rather tatty. But we have no complaints at all and will stay there again.

Pleasant, friendly staff and comfortable accommodation centrally situated with good parking
Whilst the room was fine the black mould in the shower was something that should be dealt with.

Convienently situated in centre of Peterhead, close to the harbour. Room was comfortable and well furnished.
I was in a disabled room, however to get there, I had to climb up 8 steps, cross a landing and go down 8 steps. The disabled facility was a walk in shower, room and bathroom appeared to be the same size as normal rooms.

we liked that it was central... and our evening meal was good (huge portion!)
it was dirty at the entrance, people standing there, smoking... not a good look... and it's a little 'old and tired' in its decor...

We used this hotel as a base camp while we visited our familes.
The cooked breakfast wasn,t good. we woke up one morning and could smell cigarette smoke in our room

The decor in the public areas was beautifully styled and created a warm, cute atmosphere. Everything felt fresh and more luxurious than expected for a 3-star hotel.
A few more accessible seating options would be nice.

Staff always cheerful and helpful.
First night we were kept awake from 0100Hrs to 0430Hrs by another guest in and out of his room slamming his door and shouting and banging at his friends room door. I thought someone would have heard it and put a stop to it but it wasnot the case. I nearly had a confrontation.
